By joining WBPO, all participants agree to uphold these values and conduct business in a manner that builds trust, promotes fairness, and benefits global communities.

- WBP members shall not use the platform to bypass local or international legal obligations.
3. Fair Labor & Human Rights
- Members must ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect for the rights and dignity of all workers.
- Forced labor, child labor, and any form of human rights violations are strictly prohibited.
4. Environmental Responsibility
- Members should actively reduce environmental impact through sustainable practices.
- All businesses are encouraged to disclose their sustainability efforts and targets transparently.
5. Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery
- Bribery, kickbacks, and corrupt practices are strictly prohibited.
- Members shall not offer or accept bribes or facilitation payments in any form.
6. Data Privacy & Cybersecurity
- All members must protect sensitive data and respect user privacy in accordance with global data protection standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Use of the WBP platform must be secure, with safeguards against data misuse or cyber threats.
7. Non-Discrimination & Inclusion
- Members shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
- Diversity and inclusion should be actively promoted in the workplace.
8. Accountability & Transparency
- All platform participants are expected to maintain accurate records, disclose relevant business information truthfully, and be accountable for their actions.
- Members must report unethical behavior through the WBP’s official reporting system.
9. Social Responsibility & Global Impact
- Social responsibility is not optional—it is a core pillar of long-term business success, trustworthiness, and continuity in today’s global economy.
- WBPO members are expected to actively contribute to the social, economic, and environmental well-being of the communities in which they operate.
- Businesses should go beyond profit-making to:
- Support local development, education, and social initiatives.
- Invest in ethical supply chains that prioritize human rights and dignity.
- Ensure their products, services, and operations do no harm to society or the planet.

Compliance & Enforcement
