1. INTRODUCTION

World Business Passport Online (hereinafter: WBPO) is a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Albania under Albanian law. Our core mission is to serve as a global platform for businesses of all legal forms, provided they submit the necessary business information and pay the applicable fee for the relevant subscription period.

All information related to businesses listed on our platform is submitted by the businesses themselves. Consequently, WBPO assumes no legal responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Furthermore, WBPO disclaims all liability for any illegal or criminal activities that may be carried out by businesses using our platform, including but not limited to, violations of third-party property rights or other unlawful acts under any applicable jurisdiction.

WBPO is the sole owner of the Website and its associated mobile application. These Terms of Service apply equally to both the Website and the App, as well as to any other corporate products or services launched during the course of our business operations.

By accessing or using our Website and App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage users to read these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy carefully and to retain a copy for future reference.

WBPO reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. PERMITTED USE OF OUR WEBSITE & APP

All individuals are permitted to visit our website and download our App free of charge. Users may access and connect with any business listed on our platform using the communication channels provided by that respective business, for the purposes of engaging with the services or products they offer.

Any communication, negotiation, purchase order, or contract entered into between users of our platform and the businesses listed therein is solely the legal responsibility of the involved parties. Such interactions shall be governed by the applicable laws agreed upon between those parties, or by the relevant jurisdiction as determined by the nature of their arrangement. WBPO shall not be a party to, nor shall it bear any legal responsibility for, these interactions or agreements.

While WBPO employs up-to-date technologies to provide a secure online environment, we make no guarantees and accept no legal liability that downloadable content from our platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Service govern:

  • Your access to and use of our platform via the Website or App, including all content available therein and
  • Any contributions you make to our platform and affiliated digital properties, including but not limited to our official and verified social media accounts, in the form of comments, posts, reactions, images, words, or any other content you may submit or share.

2.1 ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You may use our Website and App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Use of our services may be subject to additional restrictions based on the laws and regulations of certain jurisdictions, particularly regarding specific products or services.

You must not use our Website or App:

You agree not to use our Website or App in any manner that:

  • Violates Laws and Regulations: Contravenes any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Engages in Unlawful or Fraudulent Activities: Is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
  • Misuses Content: Involves knowingly sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, using, or reusing any material (including Contributions, as defined above) that does not comply with these Terms of Service or any other applicable policies.
  • Infringes Intellectual Property Rights: Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of WBPO or any third party, including our clients.
  • Sends Unsolicited Communications: Involves knowingly transmitting or facilitating the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or similar forms of solicitation (including spam), whether related to your own content or that of others.
  • Introduces Malicious Software: Involves knowingly transmitting, uploading, or introducing any data, content, or material (including your own or others’ contributions) that contains viruses, malware, spyware, adware, keystroke loggers, or any other malicious software or code intended to harm, intercept, or unlawfully access systems, data, or personal information, or otherwise impair the operation of our Website or App.
  • Reproduces or Resells Content Without Authorization: Involves reproducing, duplicating, copying, or reselling any content or material from our Website or App without explicit authorization.
  • Interferes with Infrastructure: Involves accessing, interfering with, damaging, or disrupting any part of our software or hardware infrastructure, including the servers on which our data is stored or backed up, without proper authorization.

Age Restriction:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, please do not use our services.

2.2 USAGE OF OUR WEBSITE & APP BY OUR CLIENTS

The eligibility to become our clients is for businesses only, regardless of their legal form, including individual business registered under personal names such as Attorneys, Accountants, Doctors, etc. We reserve the right to ask businesses for proofs that prove they are a registered business in a certain jurisdiction. Each client will be provided with detailed instructions, including a password about the registration process on our platform. They will be able to update their information at all time for the duration of the period they have paid the service for. Should the client decide to share its business data with us, upon its prior authorization, we will upload the information on our platform accordingly. This service extends to update its information within 48 hours after we receive the information from the client.

All Clients agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety, unless otherwise agreed by specific mutual agreements. Mutual specific arrangements shall ensure full compliance with local, national and international law.

3.PROHIBITION OF THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND OUR APPLICATION

By accessing and using our Website or App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and expressly refrain from engaging in any of the following prohibited actions:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service: Engaging in any behavior or activity that breaches the provisions outlined herein
  • Imitation or misuse of our platform: Copying, modifying, or creating any product or service that imitates, replicates, or mimics the features or functionality of our Website or App in a manner that may mislead users or clients
  • Disruption of Service: Attempting to harm, overload, disable, impair, or otherwise interfere with the functionality, performance, or security of our Website or App, including actions that may prevent or hinder others from using our platform effectively
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Violating any intellectual property rights owned by WBPO or our clients, which are protected under applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Engagement in Unlawful Activity: Committing or facilitating any illegal or criminal act prohibited by the laws of any applicable jurisdiction

4. INTERACTIVE SERVICES ON SOCIAL MEDIA

WBPO maintains official and verified social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. These accounts are used exclusively for business purposes, which may include, but are not limited to, sponsored posts, company updates, and other marketing activities.

We may also use our social media platforms to promote or advertise the products and services of our clients, either free of charge or subject to a promotional fee, as determined at our discretion.

WBPO reserves the right to monitor all user interactions on its social media accounts. We may remove any user-generated content that violates our policies and, in cases of repeated violations, we reserve the right to block the offending user from further interaction. Additionally, we may disable the comments section on any post at any time without prior notice.

4.1 CONTRIBUTIONS ON SOCIAL MEDIA

By posting content on WBPO’s official social media accounts—whether through comments, reactions, shared links, or any other form of contribution—you agree that such contributions are public and non-proprietary. WBPO does not claim ownership of your contributions.

However, we reserve the right to remove any contributions that are unrelated to the post topic, as well as unsolicited advertising or promotional material submitted by users.

WBPO assumes no legal responsibility for the content of user contributions. You remain solely responsible if your content constitutes a legal offense, including criminal acts or violations of the rights of any third party, whether a natural person or legal entity. In such cases, WBPO reserves the right to report your content to the appropriate legal authorities or affected parties.

To the maximum extent possible, contributions should be factually accurate, respectful, and legally compliant. Opinions shared must be presented fairly and without bias.

4.2. PROHIBITED CONTENT OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS

WBPO strictly prohibits any user contributions on its social media platforms or related digital spaces that include or promote any of the following:

Unlawful or Deceptive Content

  • Promotion, encouragement, or facilitation of any unlawful activity;
  • Fraudulent or misleading content intended to deceive others;
  • Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation with any entity;
  • Content that falsely implies or claims affiliation with WBPO or any other unauthorized organization.

Harmful or Abusive Behavior

  • Threats, intimidation, or incitement of violence against any individual or group;
  • Harassment, including sexual harassment, or content that is intended to upset, shame, embarrass, or annoy any person or legal entity;
  • Abusive language or behavior directed at individuals or organizations;
  • Promotion or depiction of physical or psychological violence, or content likely to cause distress, fear, or anxiety.

Discriminatory or Offensive Material

  • Content that is discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, social or civil status, or political beliefs;
  • Material that is obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory;
  • Defamatory statements targeting individuals or legal entities.

Violations of Legal and Proprietary Rights

  • Content that infringes upon the privacy rights of others;
  • Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information belonging to individuals or organizations;
  • Misuse or disclosure of business and trade secrets, including those of non-clients;
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of individuals or entities.

Unsolicited Commercial Content

  • Unapproved advertising, promotional content, or other material posted for commercial purposes.

4.3. LEGAL LIABILITY FOR CONTRIBUTIONS

WBPO assumes no legal responsibility for the content or accuracy of any user contributions made on our social media platforms or other digital channels. All contributions are the sole responsibility of the individual or entity who created them. Under no circumstances shall WBPO be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from or related to such contributions.

4.4. LEGAL LIABILITY FOR MATERIALS POSTED ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS

WBPO bears no legal responsibility for any content it posts on behalf of a client, including but not limited to advertising and promotional materials. The accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information contained in such posts are the sole responsibility of the respective client. WBPO shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by third parties in connection with client-related content published on our platform or social media accounts.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

WBPO is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights related to its proprietary products, including the Website and the App. These rights extend to all associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, audio and video materials, designs, and any other elements presented on the Website or App. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws and regulations.

You are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise exploiting any of WBPO’s intellectual property without prior written authorization from the Managing Director of WBPO. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of our rights, and WBPO reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including civil and criminal proceedings.

You are permitted to use the information available on our platform solely for the purpose of engaging with businesses listed on it. Additionally, you may share links to our Website and App on other online platforms, provided such platforms do not violate these Terms of Service or harm WBPO’s business image or reputation.

Client Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their own intellectual property shared on the WBPO platform. However, by submitting such content, clients grant WBPO a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content within the scope of its business activities and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

6. CLIENT INFORMATION

As outlined in Section 2.2 of these Terms of Service, each WBPO client may either post their own business information directly on the platform or submit such information to WBPO for publication. In both cases, the client bears full and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, and legality of all information shared or published on the Website and App.

WBPO accepts no legal responsibility or liability—whether to the client or to any third party—for the content or accuracy of information submitted or posted by the client. All such information will be publicly accessible on the platform, and clients must ensure it is current, truthful, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

If it is determined that a client has submitted false, misleading, or unlawful information, WBPO reserves the right to:

  • Remove the information from the platform without prior notice;
  • Notify relevant public authorities; and
  • Inform any affected third parties.

Posting or sharing information through the WBPO platform shall not, under any circumstances, be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee by WBPO of the content's accuracy, reliability, or legality. This disclaimer also applies to any hyperlinks or related materials included in such postings.

WBPO does not claim ownership over any information or material submitted by clients for use on our platform or social media. However, by submitting such content, the client grants WBPO a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content for operational purposes, as outlined in these Terms of Service.

7. WBPO’s LEGAL LIABILITY

WBPO shall be held legally liable in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Albania for any violations it may commit in the course of its business operations. Without prejudice to any broader statutory obligations, WBPO acknowledges responsibility and liability in the following circumstances:

  • Where death or personal injury is caused by WBPO’s negligence;
  • Where WBPO engages in fraudulent conduct;
  • Where WBPO knowingly misrepresents itself, whether within Albania or internationally;
  • Where WBPO causes material damage to any natural person or legal entity;
  • Where WBPO causes moral (non-material) harm to a natural person;
  • For any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. ADVERTISING

WBPO offers advertising opportunities on its online platforms to all registered clients, subject to the terms of the specific subscription package selected.

The presence of an advertisement on any WBPO platform shall not be construed as an endorsement or guarantee by WBPO of the advertised content, products, or services. WBPO assumes no legal responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any advertisements published on its Website, App, or affiliated digital tools.

If an advertisement is reported—by users, clients, or any third party—as inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise problematic, WBPO reserves the right to remove the advertisement without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds or compensation shall be provided to the client responsible for the advertisement.

Any interaction, dispute, or transaction between an advertiser and a user or third party is solely the responsibility of those parties. WBPO shall have no involvement in such dealings.

However, WBPO will cooperate with any lawful request or inquiry from a competent public authority concerning the content or origin of a specific advertisement.

9. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

WBPO is a company registered in the Republic of Albania and operates in full compliance with Albanian law. Accordingly, these Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Albania.

Any dispute, controversy, or legal claim arising from or related to these Terms of Service, or any matter involving WBPO, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent administrative, executive, and judicial authorities located in Tirana, Albania.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, unenforceable, or invalid under applicable Albanian law, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to take full responsibility for your actions while using the website or app. If your actions violate the Terms of Service and cause harm to the company (WBPO), you must compensate them for any resulting losses. This includes covering legal fees and any lost profits caused directly or indirectly by your behavior.

To effectively address your complaint, we may require your identity if no alternative means are available to resolve the issue. We will thoroughly review your complaint and respond as promptly as possible.

Please note that WBPO is not legally responsible for user-generated content that may violate these Terms of Service and cannot be held liable by you or any third party. However, we are committed to addressing any substantiated complaints. Contributions found to be in violation of these Terms will be removed immediately.
